Sarasota Manatee Association for Riding Therapy (SMART)

SMART is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that provides services and support to up to 300 children and adults with disabilities each year.  SMART has been an active supporter of families in need in Manatee and Sarasota counties for over 25 years and never turns away anyone due to financial difficulties.  SMART is a 99% all volunteer organization, a partner agency of the United Way and a member center of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, Int'l (PATH).

We are always in need of volunteers and we love to have local teenagers help out with our horses and kids!

Our minimum age is 14.
